Deep Notebook lets you build AI-powered workflows using natural language. Connect your apps once, describe what you want to accomplish, and let the notebook handle the rest.

What is Deep Notebook?

Deep Notebook is an AI automation platform that connects to your existing tools and executes workflows based on natural language instructions. Instead of learning complex automation builders or writing code, you describe what you want in plain English. The notebook reads from your connected apps, processes the information, and delivers outputs in your preferred format.

How it works

A notebook is a workspace where you build multi-step workflows. Each step lives in a block — a container where you write instructions and receive outputs. Blocks can reference outputs from previous blocks, creating chains of operations that span multiple apps. You connect your apps once at the account level, then enable specific integrations per notebook based on what that workflow needs.

Key Concepts

  • Notebooks — Workspaces for building workflows. Each notebook has its own set of enabled integrations and can contain multiple blocks.
  • Blocks — Individual steps within a notebook. Write instructions, run them, and receive structured outputs. Chain blocks together to create complex workflows.
  • Integrations — Connections to external apps like Gmail, Slack, Notion, and Salesforce. Connect once, use across any notebook.
  • Artifacts — Outputs generated by blocks. Specify the format you want — a Google Doc, a spreadsheet, a summary — and the notebook creates it.
